Hi. Congratulations on getting married!  I’m Valerie. Val. I’m a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I have a dog, a cat, a library, and a bucket list. I’m a Parisian fashionista, and a bare-feet island girl. A rooted sentimental and a free globe trotter. And although my home is in Port Vila, in beautiful Vanuatu, I will photograph anyone, anything, anytime, anywhere. Because I’m a passionate photographer. And I really can't think of any greater luck and privilege then to be the witness of one's happiness.   It’s indeed a privilege to me, to tell stories with colours and light, to paint life and emotions from a wide angle up close, to look at strangers like they are family, because through the lens I can see that deep down we are all the same, when we laugh, when we cry, when we feel, when we love: we are all ordinary, we are all extraordinary. It’s a privilege to watch such magic unfold.
