In recent years, this venue has earned international attention for its unique and breath-taking views, and couples come from all over to exchange vows in the marvelous location.

In the late 1800s, Gus Boone built this now historic white clapboard home at the center of the property. Surrounding the home are acres of mature trees, a large tented area that seats up to 400 reception guests, a bar and shaded cocktail reception area, and a fire pit, barn, bath house, private gardens, plenty of parking and separate ceremony areas. Currently owned by Patty Trostle, Sundara is truly a unique Virginia treasure.
